12 Noon @ McNea's Beach Picnic Area, Site #2. (Near the parking lot, to the left of the swimming pool-same spot as last year). Menu: BBQ'd Hot dogs, hamburgers & chicken, etc. Let's celebrate the last of summer in the great outdoors with food & friends courtesy of BVIM's Board of Directors!

The Board of Directors has been discussing a possible change to the BVIM Bylaws that would allow a sighted person to be elected President of the Board. The board may be asking members to vote on this issue at the picnic.

Marco Vidal is recuperating at home after a stint at Kentfield Rehab Center. Jean LaFond is home again and feeling stronger. She'll be taking it easy at home for a little while, but she's looking forward to attending the picnic on September 22nd. |
