Art Class: Cardmaking
The "Painting on Surfaces" Art class was a big success thanks to instructor Bob Carlton and volunteers from MSA, especially Jeanne Scholtz. The Cardmaking class will be held on December 5th at 10:30AM. For more info call 415 459-5066.

MEMBER NEWS

Bea Blum is recouperating from surgery for a broken hip. Jean La Fond is at Bretano House while dealing with an ornery back and Joan Tollefson is receiving physical therapy at Smith Ranch Care center for the same problem. If you have noticed that Mark Nelson has been missing from BVIM activities it is because he has returned to school: Orientation Center for the Blind in Albany. Hope you get all "A's" Mark.

 

Interested in attending events at Marin Center or Marin Symphony? We sometimes get free tickets! Let us know if you'd like to be on the list to receive tickets. Call Suzan or Barbara at 415 459-5066. Upcoming events include: Tango Buenos Aires, Nov. 23; Marin Ballet Nutcracker, Dec. 8 & 9.

 

 

MEMORIAL

We all mourn the passing of our Board of Director's member Bob Roberts and offer our condolences to his family.

A celebration of his life will be held on November 18th at 1:00 p.m. at the Mill Valley Community Center
180 Camino Alto, Mill Valley.
