Alda Alexa and Norma Hunt are attending the "Living with Vision Loss Class" (sponsored by the Lighthouse). Both new members are enjoying the class and learning valuable information.

Jean LaFond is recuperating well from her bout with pneumonia and hopes to attend the April Luncheon!

Jean Moser has begun volunteering in the BVIM office. Thanks Jean!

Joan Yates will be moving to the Redwoods soon.

A new state of the art low vision clinic will open at the Earle Baum Center, Santa Rosa campus beginning on Mondays in March. Call the EBC at (707) 523 - 3222 for more info.

 

QUARTERLY SUPPORT GROUP
FACILITATOR MEETING

The agenda includes discussion and selection of Facilitator and/or Co-facilitators to lead Anabella's San Rafael Group when she leaves for Arizona.

RAFAEL THEATRE
"THE EYES OF ME" FILM

Monday March 15, 2010
12 noon - 1:15 pm
This film follows four blind students at the Texas School for the Blind as they navigate a world without sight. This is an intergenerational program free to Students, Seniors and Blind citizens in the community. The film will be audio described with headphones available. We have a group reservation - please call the BVIM office at 459 - 5066 to reserve your spot.
